Getting security Refund for Paytm fastag

RBI has restricted Paytm Payment bank from accepting deposit after Match 15 which means no deposit after March 15. Fastag issued by Paytm will also thus cease to work after March 15 and you will be wondering to get the security deposit back.

Follow these steps to get back the security deposit.

Close Fastag by calling

Paytm Fastag users can call on the company’s Toll free number

1800-120-4210 and mention their mobile number against which tag is issued with vehicle number.

Use app to request Paytm fastag closure

1) Open Paytm App and Goto “Help and support” section

2) Select Fastag in Help and Support and then use “Need help with non order related queries ? ” option.

3) It will open chat with Bank assistant which will have option to select “I want to close mt Fastag”

After verification of mobile and vehicle number tag will be processed for closure and you will receive refund.
